My primary availability is on weekends, although some weekday evenings may also work if these are desired. Please reach out directly for current availability.
The prices listed below are the usual costs for the services listed, which I believe to be competitive.
A valid Minnesota marriage license will be required for all weddings, and IDs will be verified. Please remember that two witnesses (16+) will also be required to witness any marriage, in order for your license to be adequately completed.
Following any wedding ceremony, it will be my responsibility as your officiant to return your completed marriage certificate to the relevant county, after which you will receive your certified copy in the mail.
All ceremonies will include a prior interview either in-person or over the phone/video chat to discuss options:
Personalized Ceremony - $380
A fully customized ceremony at a location of your choice, with a personal officiant's speech based around your unique relationship story. These ceremonies can include your choice of vow style, as well as any other optional additions (such as readings, a signing, or vows to children etc.)
Elopement Ceremony - $140
A short and simple legal ceremony at a location of your choice. This would be a more private ceremony, with just a few friends or family members present. The ceremony includes a brief introduction, the required declarations of intent and pronouncement of marriage, and the option to include personal vows.
TRAVEL FEES
Fees are waived for the first 30 miles (round-trip) from Sauk Centre, MN to the ceremony and/or rehearsal location. Over 30 miles, a fee of $1.00 per mile will be charged.
RETAINER
In order to secure a booking, a retainer fee (usually 40% of the total ceremony fee) will be required.
REHEARSALS
Please note that the fees above are for the provision of a ceremony on your wedding day, and do not cover attendance of a rehearsal. I intend to keep my fee for doing so as low as possible, however, as I believe it can be beneficial to attend a rehearsal when practical (for larger ceremonies specifically). For this reason, I charge a flat fee of an additional $90.00 (along with any applicable mileage) to attend a wedding rehearsal, depending on availability and provided that a couple have already paid a retainer fee to secure my services for the wedding day. During rehearsals, I can walk the wedding party step-by-step through the ceremony and plan ahead for working with photographers and audio equipment etc.
Payment for any of the services listed above can be made by Cash, Check (payable to Singularis Ceremonies) or Venmo (@singularisceremonies)
All fees above assume that interviews, rehearsals and/or total ceremony time will not exceed one hour (30 minutes for elopements) each. Additional fees may apply if this time is exceeded. Additional terms can be discussed during interview and will be made available on a contract.
